Catch DirectoryDoesNotExist in FileList. (FileList shouldn't show
FileSystemError or any other Errors. Just don't try to list unreadable
directories).

For the other error: unreadable "special" files on Windows (like C:\pagefile.sys). We have to change win32 platform code for
directoryentrylookup. Attached a patch against current pharo.vm from
github.com/pharo-project/pharo-vm.

Don't know where to put this patch. (pharovm bugtracker?)
