Before releasing Pharo 6 we discussed about integrating the possibility
to open a web browser into Pharo. With this it would be possible to click
and open the links in the help browser.

It was too close to the release date to integrate the package - but we
integrated a hook that when WebBrowser is loaded we use it.

Now with Pharo 7 we can by integrating my "WebBrowser" package as in the
age of the internet it makes sense to have the possibility to open a
URL right out of Pharo.
