From my perspective we should
a) either throw out the CPTCloneTool and then it is a regular help topic independent from Iceberg
and can be integrated into the WelcomeHelp

b) or keep it (with the dependency on Iceberg) but then it should use the functionality of Iceberg to do
the job cloning/synching job (not call the git commands with LibC system:)
