We now have "Smalltalk vm is32bit" and "Smalltalk vm is64bit" in the image.

The class FFIExternalStructurePlatformTests
- still has #is32bits and is64bits
- is still checking the wordsize instead of using the methods from Smalltalk vm

We should cleanup to
- also use the singular
- dispatch the testing methods to use Smalltalk vm is...
