Folder Dialogs?

Hi,

I see that there is a FileOpenDialog and a FileSaveDialog.

Are there any FolderCreateDialogs or FolderSelectDialogs?

Dolphin has a wrapper around a Windows control that does both of those. See
the BrowseFolderDialog class.
