Font missing in VW7.9.1, Windows-XP ...

I have a client with 4 users.  ONE of the 4 cannot see a font that is
loaded (SPTiberion -- TTF) on her machine and Word sees it, but VW does
not list it.

All the other users (and users at other clients, and our offices) have
no problem.

Does this ring a bell with anyone??
