GLMPluggableTextMorph -> GLMRubPluggableTextMorph

it would be cool if you could if you could migrate GLMPluggableTextMorph
to use Rubric.

Yes because we are removing all use of PluggableTextMorph and subclasses....
and this is already a lot of work.
