Hello, To minimize the number of VMs on my laptop (they do not make 64GB mem laptop yet ;-), I am interested in running Jade under Wine on a Mac (with WineSkin). Attempting to run it I get an XML error due to an attribute not properly quoted at line 458 of Jade Login.pac Maybe the regular environment is more forgiving? Would it be ok to add the quotes and re create a new Jade?
Thanks, Thierry Below is the Jade trace:

Sure, I’ll work on that and see if I can get it to work…

James, Just some more info: I used WS9Wine1.7.24 with WineSkin2.6.0. The wrapper was created with a simple folder copy.
I had to install msxml3 from Winetricks (under the app wrapper (Show Package Contents), then start Wineskin, then Tools tab, then WineTricks, then search for xml and select msxml3). I had tried msxml4 but that seemed to be be recognized by Dolphin (just a guess).

I would not want to carry it very far but here is a 64GB laptop: http://www.eurocom.com/ec/configure%281,247,0%29ec

I bought a Toshiba Tecra 8000 in 1999 for about twice that price. In no way did it compare to that Panther 5E. "Mobile Server", indeed! |

Paul, We did try a similar system (re-branded under 'system72') and that was a really bad laptop all around. A macbook pro with 32GB would be nice. James, I attempted to install the last Jade version on Windows 7 and get the same XML error. Thierry On Tue, Sep 2, 2014 at 8:56 PM, Thierry Thelliez <[hidden email]> wrote:
