GTDebugger

Hi Alex,

Indeed it can be annoying to have always the cursor at the bottom. 

Right now that's the default behaviour of the text morph. 

Also a little bit annoying is that when saving a method the cursor jumps back at the code that is currently 

being executed.

I put these issues on my todo list.
