Generic Server for Dolphin

On whysmalltalk.com, there is a link to a program called Generic Server for
Dolphin Smalltalk.

Searching the newsgroups, there are a couple of posts by a fellow named John
Small, who wrote the app. The links provided go to following url.

Unfortunately the rogare.com domain is dead. I was hoping someone may have a
copy of that source code on their local machines, and would be kind enough
to place it somewhere on the internet.

I'm reluctant to put somebody else's work on my own website, but I have a copy
of John's packages that I can email to you if you like.

    GenericServer.pac
    GenericServer HTTP.pac
    GenericServer RMI.pac
    GenericServer TupleSpaces.pac
    TupleSpaces.pac

The files are dated 2002-06-26, which is presumably when I downloaded them.  If
anyone has a later or more extensive version then I'd be interested in getting
an update myself.
