[Glass] [ANN] GsAplicationTools 1.0.2 released

v1.0.2 of GsApplicationTools[1] includes tweaks to the persistent
support methods ... these changes were needed as I am working on adding
seaside-style persistence examples for zinc: http, rest and web sockets.
