Richard Sargent reviewed the Gem Server documentation[2] and had a
number of suggestions that were too good to pass up.
I ended up making some minor additions/changes to the API, so v1.0.1[1]
was called for. See PR #14[3] for the differences.
Now, I can move on to Zinc, Seaside and ServerVM:)
