I think it is worth mentioning GemStone's bugnotes[1].
The format of the bugnote is a problem description followed by a workaround. There is also information about which versions are affected by the bug and which version the bug has been fixed in ...
Very useful information ... way back when, the BugNotes were hidden beyond a "customer wall", but not now ...
