[Glass] Jade 1.022 available

Jade 1.022 is available at http://seaside.gemtalksystems.com/jade/ and has the following changes:

        * Send SIGUSR1 to another session to dump stack
        * Debugger now handles ClientForwarder as frame on stack
        * Show version string in about dialog
        * Handle OBConfirmationRequest and OBTextRequest
        * Rename 'Remove Method(s)' to 'Delete Method(s)'
        * Find class now selects class side if System is found
