[Glass] Processes are killed by OOM ....

marten
My sessions are now killed from time to time. I noticed the following
message in seaside.log:

Write to /proc/25616/oom_score_adj failed with EACCES , linux user does
not have
 CAP_SYS_RESOURCE
No server process protection from OOM killer

I've noticed, that there were discussions about this problem three years
ago - I am running here 3.1.0.4 under Linux 12.04.x/64 Bit.

In the Linux Install Guide search for CAP_SYS_RESOURCE. Of course, the best thing is to have enough memory for all your processes!

This message does not in itself indicate a problem. If your processes
are actually being killed by the OOM killer, there should be a message
written to /var/log/syslog each time that happens.
