[Glass] Status of glassdb/SOAP port?

GLASS mailing list
Dale has a repository for a GemStone port of SOAP up at
https://github.com/glassdb/SOAP.

1. Is there a better Metacello-accessible repository for a GemStone port
of SOAP that we should rather be using?

2. That code introduces a dependency on the HyURI class, which AFAIK is
part of Hyper, a project that went obsolete somewhere in 2008. Is using
Hyper still intentional today, or just a sign that this is a
work-in-progress from long ago?

3. Is that project "alive" - if we make our own fork to fix the HyURI
issues, is there a chance you will accept pull requests?

Thanks

Ah, I see the JupiterJones/SOAP repository breaks the Hyper dependency.

We can use that in the interrim, but we would prefer to declare
dependencies on more official upstreams.

Pieter,

Submit a pull request with the changes to the glassdb repo and it will be integrated ...
