[Glass] Zinc 2.3.2 release for GemStone/S

It took a year, but we've finally got Zinc2.3.2 ported to GemStone 2.4[1] and GemStone3.1[2]...

Ken's code did the trick to get the tests to pass for 3.1...

Haha, I just had to use the new Release feature on GitHub ...
