I've pushed new version of the GsUpgrader package to fix another bug[1].
This was a particularly annoying bug that happened if you forget to install curl on your system before trying to install GLASS ...
The error message used to give you no indication of why the BaselineOfMetacello failed to load ... but now you get a pretty good error message:

I also had to update the gsDevKitHome installation scripts to use GsUpgrader, so you'll want to update your gsDevKitHome checkout ...
