[Glass] new GsUpgrader package

I've pushed a new version of the package with a bug fix[1] this morning.

If figured that is worth reminding folks that you should always refresh the package before using GsUpgrader:

  Gofer new
  package: 'GsUpgrader-Core';
  url: 'http://ss3.gemtalksystems.com/ss/gsUpgrader';
  load.

so that you pick up the latest version...
