GsDevKit_home release (Cavalcade of Releases #5)

With this PR[1], the final pieces of SmalltalkCI support for
GsDevKit_home[2] is in place

Cavalcade Update Script

   setupGsDevKit server
   updateGsDevKit -gdtcs
   todeUpdate <stone-name>            # to load tODE update into your stones
