Add `-l` option to createClient for locking $GS_HOME/shared/repos
projects in non-tODE clients.
Non-tODE clients are being used with Tugrik[3] and the Minimal tODE API[2].
The Minimal tODE API project is forming the foundation for creating a
Pharo5.0-based tODE client.
A new release for tODE[4] is in the pipeline and should be available in
a half hour, so you can hold off on updating until it is available.
