GsDevKit_todeClient [Cavalcade of Releases #3]

GsDevKit_todeClient[1] has some new features for creating non-tODE clients that will be made accessible by the upcoming release of GsDevKit_home  --- support for SmalltalkCI[2].

  updateGsDevKit -gc
