Hard Rock Cafe at Smalltalk Solutions

Travis Griggs-3
Boris Popov was kind enough to arrange for 6 of us to have a table at the Hard Rock Cafe on the 30th. There's a game (Jays vs Texas) which can be viewed from the window tables. It's pretty cool. The thing is, the 6 of us are pretty arbitrary (the table sizes are 6), but we could think of about 20+ people probably who we know are going to StS this year. So we're hoping many others will choose to gather there too. Sorry we didn't do a big reservation, none of us are as brave anymore after Anthony Lander's experience from last year. :)

Boris maybe you could chime in with the phone number? You could reply with interest to this thread, or possibly show up in irc.freenode.net#smalltalk. Hope to see as many there as possible.

If someone could relay this to the Squeak list, and any other Smalltalk channels, that'd be cool. Thanks.

Boris Popov, DeepCove Labs (SNN)
Indeed, person I was dealing with is Crystal Watts who is a Sales
Coordinator at Hard Rock Cafe SkyDome and she'd responded with a
confirmation by email within a day via [hidden email], but
if you're anxious you could probably just give her a ring as well,

P: (416) 362-3636 ext. 206
F: (416) 362-9010

I hope to see more of us there as well!

Cheers!

I added this information to the Smalltalk World Tour wiki page.

It's nice to see the STS agenda filling up :).
