Heads up: Snippets in their own package

In newly released, 0.18.2-compatible `amber-contrib-web` library
(version 0.4.0), snippets were extracted into `Web-Snippets` package. So
`Web` package now does not contain them; if you used them, you should
load the other package as well (`amber/web/Web-Snippets` AMD module name).
