Help System

Hi!

Nice to see the Help Browser. But it got loaded when I updated a core  
1.1. Is this help system really part of the Core?
The browser also provides a nice navigation pane. I suspect a  
duplication of effort between Glamour and HelpBrowser. Why HelpBrowser  
isn't based on Glamour? Just wondering.
