How do I restore access to XP 5.1?

Object Logic
I inadvertently hit the wrong button(s) and my Windows XP menu item
for Dolphin 5.1 disappeared.  I tried executing c:\Program
Files\Object Arts\Dolphin Smalltalk 5.1\Dolphin.exe but it said
failure to open Dolphin.img file.

I also tried the Run window with "C:\Program Files\Object Arts\Dolphin
Smalltalk 5.1\Dolphin.exe" "Professional.img" which is similar to the
path reported in the Dolphin 5.0 menu item but it failed to work for
either version.  (Fortunately the menu entry itself still works on
5.0)

So how do I restart Dolphin 5.1?  Or, where is the change log located
so I can retrieve the program I was working on?

My folder options say to display hidden files but I don't see the
Dolphin.chg, img, or src files for either 5.0 or 5.1.  (I see the
corresponding Fresh Install files but I don't want to use them right
now.)

Suggestions please?

Assuming you saved (at least once) the image you were working on, there
should be a set of 3 files, with extensions img, chg, and sml (the file stem
name for all being whatever you saved the image as).  I would suggest you
look somewhere in your "My Documents" folder for these (I think the default
installation is "My Documents\Dolphin Smalltalk 5.1").

If you didn't save the image, the stuff you worked on can still be retrieved
from the change log of whatever image you started (presumably
"Professional.img").  In this case, you'll need to use Ian's ChunkBrowser to
extract your code.

In general, it's easier to "run" the image file, rather than the Dolphin
executable, and let Windows find the executable.  For example, from Windows
Explorer, double-click on an image file and Dolphin will start up with that
image loaded.  Or, again from Windows Explorer, right-click on the image
file and "Send to / Desktop" to create a desktop shortcut for that image.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Louis, I'd missed the "My Documents" connection.  I tried your
suggestion but it used the wrong VM.  Your information helped me pay
more attention to the details of the icon properties and that got 5.1
going again.  Thank you.
