I am using Moose 4.7 based off Pharo 1.4 on Windows 7 and use SHIFT-ALT
to get halos.
System > Keyboard > Control and Alt keys = Full Matching.
This is with a Logitech M325 mouse.
btw, to go through PBE1 for the first time, you might find it easier to
use the image
