How to accelerate learning of Squeak environment?

Sophie424
While I am getting comfortable with the basics of developing Smalltalk code
in the Squeak environment, I still don't have a good handle on things like
change sets, images, versioning (monticello), pool dictionaries, sunit,
customizing (even things like keymaps, fonts...) etc.

Any good sites / books / other pointers that might help?

Thanks.
