For basic text in most windows, open up settings (third icon
on the launcher toolbar) and under Tools you can choose an overall font
policy. So if you use Large, then you will get larger fonts. To get more
fine-grained control, do
NamedFontSelector new open
which will let you choose in more detail.
I don't know offhand how to change the menu font, and I notice that the
setting window itself doesn't seem to respect that setting.
