How to get changes applied to Pharo website?

Hi - what is the easiest way to propose changes to the Pharo website?

I’d like to get an id put on the <h2>Command Line</h2> section, so that we can easily link to this part of the website to send people to instructions on using the terminal?

E.g http://pharo.org/download#CommandLine

I think the easiest way is to add an issue and submit a PR, yes (even if this is not a code change)
