How to reload a package

How can I make Dolphin reload a package form the *.pac file?

You can't reload packages.
Uninstall it and then re-install.

Esteban is correct, but you can sometimes cheat by using Ian's
ChunkBrowser to open a .pac and file in required pieces.
Unloading/loading is the preferred approach.
