How to use decorations with Dolphin Smalltalk

Hello everyone,

i am using Dolphin Smalltalk and i want to reuse my components and
change them a little bit with Visual Decorations. But the example which
is described in the seaside book does not work out.
Can anyone helpme, or show me an example?
