No, dont judge too early. Seaside itself is not dependent on OB.
But there are same tools that get loaded when you load the
full config for Pharo. These tools use OB to provide a browser
for registered applications for instance, ... and it is OK
that these are based on OB.
So no architectural problem - Seaside is really good layered/modularized.
