As it is with live changes in infrastructure. Everyone should take a deep breath and stay calm _unless_ the person in charge tells that he finished his work. Complain afterwards!!

basically, I:
- updated all infrastructure to Pharo 3 (I do not want to let our tools to become too old) - added a commit hook mechanism (still need to be tested) - added a small app to list all projects (which is still not working) so… none of the visible changes can be seen now, but if everything goes fine… it will be in a couple of weeks (before Pharo4 release) Esteban
