I started to migrate Merlin

Hi guys

I started to migrate Merlin.
Now I published all the packages to the Moose/Merlin project.

I moved 1.7 as a stable version because apparently moose used it so I do not understand why it was not declared as stable.

Apparently Merlin is working in 1.4 and 2.0 (tested in 2.0)
I cleaned a bit the dead reference to pluggableButtonMorphPlus and executed several examples.
This week I will have at least two days of meetings so I can try to port some other packages.

I think that it would be good to have a list of packages to check.
I think that we should also have MooseCore first so that we can build on top.
