Importing SVG

I'm beginning to look at the SeasideDynamicSVG package, and I'd like to know whether it is possible to import existing SVG images into the equivalent Smalltalk code. Either that or just import them as a files and be able to paint it, transform it, etc.

Is such functionality implemented?
