Inspecting "SYSTEMTIME new" shows "an invalid SYSTEMTIME [The
parameter is incorrect. (16r57: The parameter is incorrect.)]" because
all fields are zero.
I think it is reasonable (or is it?) to use the new message and
inspect the result, but it shows the text above since SYSTEMTIME
fields are not yet filled. I lean toward thinking #display: should
handle this by just displaying the fields as zero instead of
indicating a semi-anomalous condition? Or is it more like a point
with x and y containing nil -- ie non-sense?
