It looks like the Setup program installed some extra files here:
C:\Program Files\Object Arts\Dolphin Smalltalk
6.0\Resources\Tests\ScribbleTestPackages
Perhaps the entire C:\Program Files\Object Arts\Dolphin Smalltalk
6.0\Resources\Tests was not intended to be included.
