They did nothing, on the other hand it seems that the site is now
available at 97.74.215.141 (put it in /etc/hosts).  If it fails, try
184.168.49.1 or use this GNU Smalltalk scriptlet:

'%1.%2.%3.%4' % {Random source between: 1 and: 255.
    Random source between: 0 and: 255.
    Random source between: 0 and: 255.
    Random source between: 1 and: 254}

Fixed.  Apparently an Apache upgrade unveiled a syntax error in
.htaccess.  97.x.y.z worked by chance because it still had the old
version of Apache.

If you still cannot access the site, just wait for DNS updates to propagate.
