Invalid access to memory location

Hi Andy and Blair,

I got the walkback below in a fresh image. I am not filing it as a bug
report as I am not sure what triggered it. I think it was closing a debugger
window, but I can't be sure. I do remember a open issue about closing views
causing gpfs ... but I can't now find this issue in the release notes or
outstanding issues.
