Is Lively-Kernel still "lively"?

Looked at the Wikipedia article on Lively Kernel and noticed that the
last stable release was: April 7, 2012.

Went to GitHub and saw some commits as late as 19 days ago but mainly
fixes.

Is this project "lively"?
