I'm getting a lot of erros while loading iliad in pharo 2.0, mostly of the  
non-fatal type.

See attached file for specifics.

It's missing one fatal error that sent me straight to the debugger, which I  
then fixed; it was a problem with ModDoc >> initialize in  
KomHttpServer-Modules.
Patch is available upon request.
