The loader already checks and skips class definitions that match the  
in-image version of the class, but comments count against you ...

found this while test loading Seaside3.0.4 where Philippe had gone through  
and commented a bunch of classes ... imagine that ...

Should be possible to bypass class version creation for simple comment and  
category changes ...
