Since the bulk migrate functionality was bypassed in GsDeployer, we lost  
the very nice class history cleaner ...

Need to add that back in...

class history is cleaned up after a standard deploy (without bulk  
migration) and there is a class method that will simply clean up the class  
history:

   GsDeployer class>>cleanClassHistory
