imagine it is your first time you open pharo...you will have THREE tools  
which looks similar. You don't know its differences, nor which to use. And  
the menu is starting to be long.

we must at least remove them from the menu (not the code),  Poeple that  
prefer MessagesSend / MethodFInder  know how to put them back on the menu  
or open them by hand.

In 1.3 we defintly remove the code.

ufff yes. I am so idiot. But the UI doesn't help me ;)
I didn't notice that I have to check on the packages when creaing an slice.  
There have been several empty slides and I guess all because of this. I  
have just opened issue: 3497

Anyway, here is the fix for this issue:
