creates a Morph that can't be deleted using meta-click  menu

This is a small issue but it makes for a messy workspace.  I couldn't find  
any way to delete the morph that was created this way.

Pharo image: Pharo-1.1.1-dev10.09.1.image
Pharo core version: Pharo-1.1.1-- Latest update: #11414
Virtual machine used: Squeak-4.4.7.2357-linux_i386
Class browser used if applicable:   OBSystemBrowserAdaptor
Operating System: Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx

Steps to reproduce:
1.  Type 'Morph' asMorph openInWorld in a workspace.
2.  Try to use meta-click to select the StringMorph that is created by  
above step, and delete it.  On my machine this is shift-ctrl-left mouse  
button.

This worked for me both in XP and LinuxMint

Drag the Morph away from the top left corner to give
some room around it.

Press and Hold down left-shift, then while holding,
Press and Hold down left-alt, then while holding both down,
click on the word "Morph"  

This brings up 'halos'. Use the top left X to delete.


Even though my alt and ctrl keys are set to "full matching",
using ctrl instead of alt doesn't work.  Also only left sided alt
works this way.

What also works with my mouse is holding
shift down while the mouse is over the morph, and clicking
the wheel down.  That also brings up the halos.
I've only tested that in XP.

I checked in 1.2 and 1.3 and can delete the morph in both cases without a  
problem.
