Before applying, load the
Announcements-Core-LukasRenggli.12
Announcements-Tests-Core-LukasRenggli.4

from PharoTaskForces

and then apply changeset from 3811

Also blocked by 3814, it's impossible to file in the changesets.

i expected that writing that much comments will not lead to anything good.

Why don't you publish these in PharoTaskForces? The repository should be  
exactly for this kind of changes.
