Package without repository:

        Collections-Native
        StratifiedProxy
        UI-Basic

solution: set repository for all with ScriptLoader

Strange packages that need to be deleted:

Shout
        PluggableTextMorph has *shout category
VB
        String has *VB category
       
Collections-Tests-Strings
Collections-Tests-Text
System-SourcesAndChangeFile

this is strange because I thought that scriptLoader was setting a repo  
automatically.
We should check that.
