Or..take a PharoCore 1.3 and evaluate:
ConfigurationOfOCompletion project lastVersion load

Then I open a workspace and WITHOUT doing a click on in (I mean, without  
giving it the focus), and I tyoe something, I get a 'subscript is out of  
bounds: 1'

In the normal PharoCore, this works perfect.

In Ocompletion-RomainRobbes.99, I added a guard so that the OCompletion  
menu is not opened when the editor's text is empty.

It seems to fix the issue in my version. Can you try it out?
