New issue 4440 by [hidden email]: Use new prims for  
NetNameResolver>>localHostName

The old primitives use a deprecated syscall, which doesn't work anymore on  
newer Linux systems (tested on Debian Squeeze 64bit).

The SocketPlugin has new primitives. This patch modifies the image side  
code to access the new primitives.

Needs testing on different platforms.

As much as I understand the bug report on the Cog tracker, this has been  
fixed there.

So we can unblock this.
